UPDATE AS OF 1:30 PM For THURSDAY, JANUARY 29th meeting This Special Meeting of the Rhinebeck Town Board will start as scheduled at 6:00. However, the Executive Session has been moved to follow the meeting. The SGEIS discussion will start at 6:30 pm. In Village Hall, 76 E. Market Street.
