PANDA goes on-line with 24/7 internet stream

As of 2:00pm this afternoon (September 14th) PANDA, the Northern Dutchess Area Public Access TV Station is available on-line. Many residents of Rhinecliff, Rhinebeck and the other municipalities involved in PANDA have never been able to watch the station for various reasons. In an effort to broaden the reach of our Public Access station and better inform the community, rhinecliff.org donated a streaming server and installed it at the PANDA studio (at no cost to PANDA). The stream is available on pandatv23.org as well as rhinecliff.org. This would not have been possible without the forward thinking vision of everyone on the PANDA board. In addition, PANDA is now posting the schedule for the station on their site.
