Comp Plan update
The Town Board has set two public hearings for town comprehensive plan revisions that will accompany proposed zoning law changes.
The sessions are scheduled for 10 a.m. Oct. 4 and 7 p.m. Oct. 7, with a location to be determined.
A scoping session last week that attracted about 60 people was held at Rhinebeck High School after officials became concerned that the audience would be much larger.
The Town Board has set a deadline of next Monday (August 25th) for comments on the scope of the plan and expects to schedule meetings during September to determine changes needed before the public hearings.
