September 25, 2007 Board resumed its work sessions on the proposed new zoning, as written by planning consultant Ted Fink and reviewed by the zoning subcommittee of the Comprehensive Plan Committee. The review at this stage is to prepare the document for public distribution. The board will seek further guidance from the SEQRA analysis and multiple public hearings and written comments expected in the months ahead in order to "arrive at the best decisions for future land use regulation sometime next spring when this process finally, thankfully, concludes."
